|Description:||Ensures appropriate new hire documentation is obtained, validated and filed appropriately. Conducts new hire orientation. Assists with coordinating employee recognition activities. Functions as the HR receptionist in a courteous, professional and helpful manner. Handles multiple tasks simultaneously while responsible for maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. Assists with special projects as assigned. Delivers services to managers and employees according to the Scope of Service for Human Resources. Adheres to and practices the SJMC Corporate Compliance Program and participates in Performance Improvement activities. Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Responsible for scanning, filing, updating & verifying employee records. Assists with employee health tests and follow-up using Respond software.|
|Qualifications:||One to three years previous personnel/ clerical experience preferred. Computer literacy required. Knowledge of Excel and Word required. Must be able to multi-task and possess good organizational skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, phone skills. Exceptional customer service required.|
